Sarah Lampkin

I founded SLS Recruitment in 2019 following a long front-line career in the NHS, and fell into recruitment whilst taking a career break. I have never looked back! 

​

SLS is a company that puts the candidate at the heart of our service and having spent my previous career working closely with individuals in the toughest of times, people skills are my strong point! Wanting the best for people; whether that is a client with a difficult role to fill or a candidate seeking their next opportunity, we will build long lasting relationships based on the quality of our service and respect for our clients and candidates.

Account Director

Sophie Sudborough​

​

Hi, I am Sophie Sudborough, working at SLS providing a super sleek and friendly recruitment service into further education, training & apprenticeship providers. I have 15 years IT recruitment experience and 5 years working as a Levy Account Manager at Estio Training. ( A Digital Apprenticeship Provider) I have combined my experience to deliver a be-spoke recruitment service, I understand the roles required to deliver an effective apprenticeship/training delivery & sales service and can work with you to ensure you get the right people in the right jobs.

Our aim at SLS is to provide a true consultancy service to clients and candidates and work in an open partnership. We pride ourselves on keeping everyone in the loop and providing feedback through the whole recruitment process together with interview advice and support.

​

Outside of work, I have 2 teenage daughters, one is at Leeds Uni studying Biochemistry and the other is at full time ballet school in London. I enjoy working out & running and have completed a Marathon and half Marathon for charity. I have 2 dogs, Bubbles & Belle. I love to cook and of course go out to eat & drink.

Talent Director

Jody Moodie​

Hi, my name is Jody, Talent Director at SLS Recruitment, I began my career in IT recruitment, before becoming Talent Manager where I managed all internal recruitment for a national training provider. Following this I worked as Resource Manager managing a team of Resourcer's who were responsible for sourcing, advising and guiding apprentices to help find them the right job and apprenticeship.

 

I am now working at SLS Recruitment as Talent Director, where I can combine my knowledge of further education and recruitment and provide a bespoke service to clients and candidates in all thing’s recruitment.
