Apprentice Development Coach

Have you experience of coaching learners and a passion for developing people? Would you like a new challenge working in a friendly team environment, forward thinking, positive company?

 

These roles are working for a national Training company, based in Birmingham. The role is home based with one day in 10 in Birmingham. You will be working on a one-to-one basis supporting learners through their apprenticeship, no technical skills necessary.

To apply for this role, you must have experience in a coaching/mentoring role with the ability to coach learners. You should be organised with good relationship building skills and be able to work independently.
