Business Development Consultant/Sales

Do you have a passion for building relationships, motivated by targets and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. We have a new opportunity to work with a growing Training provider with lots of opportunity for growth and progression.

Experienced Required:

 

• You will have worked in a business development position ideally in recruitment or apprenticeships. 

• Strong communication skills, confident in picking up the phone and speaking with employers.

• Drive and passion to succeed.
   

What to expect:

• You will identify and gain new clients and accounts, across multiple sectors, offering apprenticeships ranging from level 3 - level 7.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with employers you will play a key role in the growth of the business.

• You will become a trusted advisor and promoter of programmes and solutions.

• Generate new business through marketing campaigns, telephone communication and meetings.

• Manage the end to end recruitment process for the employer journey.
