Are you an experienced Manager with a background of working in apprenticeships, the on boarding process and learner journey? We have a new opportunity to work with a growing apprenticeship training provider.
 

As a Learner experience manager you should have knowledge of the Apprenticeship administration processes such as enrollment, scheduling and induction processes and delivery of training on learner platforms like BKSB and Cognassist. Knowledge of Education frameworks and funding rules is also essential.

You will be responsible for setting up and leading the learner experience team function. You will work closely with your team providing high level support and be able to work with the wider business to ensure a smooth learner experience.
