Programme Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator who is highly organised with excellent communication skills? would you like a new challenge working in a friendly team, forward thinking, positive company? This role is working for a national Training company, managing the on-boarding of new learners and the admin processes.
 

Responsibilities for this opportunity will include:

​

  • Ensuring programme data is updated

  • Dealing with enquiries over the phone and face to face

  • Setting up new intake groups and managing calendars

  • General administration duties

​

To apply for this role, you must have worked in an administration role together with excellent communication skills and the ability to pick things up quickly. You should have good excel skills and to be able to multi task. This role has the opportunity to develop into other areas and complete qualifications while working.


It is based on site in Milton Keynes with the possibility to work one day a week from home.
