SEN/ALN Learning Assistant

Are you passionate about providing support to learners with additional learning needs, would you like to work for an organisation that can provide training and development? This is an exciting role working for a national apprenticeship provider, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deliver meaningful support interventions to enable learners with ALN to demonstrate their ability throughout their learning journey.

 

Working within a small team and covering a geographical area you will support learners 50% face to face and 50% remotely working from home.

To apply for this role, you should have a genuine interest and passion for providing exceptional learning support together with proven experience in a learning support/disability support role, ideally in further education.

 

You should be a strong communicator with exceptional organisational skills and drive to develop your skills further. Any teaching qualification Level 3 or above would be an advantage.
