Location: Fully remote role- 6 month fixed term contract with a view to go permanent

Supply Chain Administrator

Do you have some procurement & supplier experience? Do you enjoy building relationships and ensuring processes are followed? This is an exciting role working for a national training organisation and will be responsible for supporting the procurement team.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new supplier requests

  • Processing payments

  • Various project related work

  • Updating databases

  • Supporting purchase orders and invoice queries

​

​

You should have an understanding of procurement and have worked in a varied administrative role previously. You should be a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.

 

Initially a 6-month fixed term contract with a view to going permanent, this is a great development opportunity as the team will grow and so will this role. Fully remote role with occasional meetings in the Midlands and South.
